Inspirational
From Anabel Ford of Santa Barbara, California on .
All the stories on Classic Tales are expertly created, inspiring presentations, I encourage everyone to listen to all of them!
Mean Girls Illustrated
From Mike Perry of Auburn, Alabama on .
Although the story dates from the 1920s, the message is timeless. F. Scott Fitzgerald brilliantly captures the deceptive and revenge-filled world of teen girls as they compete for the attention of boys. It's not flattering and certainly not true of all girls, but it is realistic. It reveals just how meanly some girls treat other girls. Be ready for a surprise ending.
Literary, but good
From Courtney Traviolia of Monmouth, Illinois on .
Interesting commentary on socialization among the young. Not sure I liked most of the story, but the ending was satisfying and the narration top-notch.
Unexpected
From Shirley Williams of Searcy, Arkansas on .
When Bernice allows her cousin Marjorie to coach her in the social graces, there are unexpected consequences for both of them!
Entertaining
From Ramona Perez of MIAMI, Florida on .
This is a great story with a terrific ending. You cannot pass it up for this price!
