What a delightful listen! Dumas vividly describes truly awful historical events, but somehow at the same time makes you laugh. BJ Harrison deftly brings out both the tragedy and the humor, spinning a tale filled with insight into the human condition and romance. Just what the doctor order in these times. Bravo, BJ! Encore! Encore!

As a long time financial supporter of The Classic Tales, I have read all of BJ's audiobooks and stories. The Black Tulip did not disappoint. BJ's ability to give voice to the characters brings them alive in my mind. I highly recommend this and all Classic Tales audio books and stories. You won't be sorry.
