Hidden Gems in the Library
From Eric Bullard of Talbott, Tennessee on .
My first couple of orders were of individual titles, but using your monthly donor gift to buy a WHOLE SEASON of content is quite the no brainer. Keep up the good work.

BJ's voices are spot-on, and the audio is very well modulated.
Excellent production
From Sean Schluntz of San RAmon, California on .
Great stories with a very clean and understandable production. BJ has a great voice and keeps the characters clear through changes in his diction. The only thing that would make this better is if the multi-part recordings were merged into a one file for each story.

I'm thoroughly enjoying The Classic Tales Podcast Season One. B.J. Harrison does a wonderful job bringing these classic tales to life. I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates the rich beauty of the English language and the vast array of stories that have been written for our education and enjoyment.

Great Gateway Stories
From Adam of Baltimore, Maryland on .
I listened to all of these podcasts as they were published weekly during the first year of The Classic Tales' conception. I have loved every one of them.
These were the first audible stories that I had listened to which instantly got me hooked on the classics as well as newer audiobooks. I waited anxiously week by week for the newest story to appear on my download list. It was like Christmas every week!
BJ's voice is superb and the way he changes it to portray the different characters in the story makes it so much more interesting. I have found myself looking in my personal archive of The Classic Tales to re-listen to these favorites including Rappaccini's Daughter, The Monkey's Paw and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
I'm glad to hear that he has edited and remastered the stories from when they were initially published. This indeed will be something I will pass down to my children.
Season 1

BJ is terrific as always--I don't know how he does so many different voices!
One drawback: this comes in 66 files, each of which must be downloaded manually.
SEASON 1
From FRANK ROGERS of LAREDO, Texas on .
lOVE THE CLASSIC TALES. THE ONLY THING TO MAKE IT MORE USER FRIENDLY WOULD BE QUICKER DOWNLOADS. THANK YOU FOR EXTENDING MY TIME TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE FIRST SEASON. I TELL EVERYONE THAT THE CLASSIC TALES ARE THE BEST AUDIO PODCASTS AND BOOKS. NO ONE ELSE CAN COME CLOSE TO BJ.
THANKS FOR ALL THE PLEASURE!
