Wonderful Customer Service

This book started out kind of slow and not very interesting. But after a while, the story picked up, tensions mounted, and it got very interesting.
But the main point of this review is to say that B.J. Harrison went out of his way to help me. This book came as a single file download, which isn't the ideal download for my player. I asked if he had another version with separate mp3 files. He said he did not, but he would make it for me. He even asked how long I wanted each file to be. Fantastic customer . . .
